| A: | Examining a property and determining ways to utilize that property in various ways, whether to develop the property to generate revenue, provide for future use, improve current use, or to maximize value. |

| A: | Cost varies from a few hundred dollars to many thousands, depending on the level of service provided. Initial meetings and engineering cost estimates are typically of no charge. |

| A: | Much as cost, the duration of a service or project can vary from a few hours to months or years. Simple consultations can sometimes be provided in a few minutes. A residential or commercial project typically takes several months to design and permit, and additional months to build and receive final approvals. |
